ORIGIN / WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT :
Our story begins long before the ideas behind LuxuryTuxedos.com were ever conceived. In 1999, our initial website was established. Online sales were coming in at a rapid pace!!! Once we noticed that we were onto something special, we decided to take things to a new level. We had a vision of creating a site which would contain every possible tuxedo & formal wear accessory in existence -- an easy to navigate site where people can find exactly what they want at the lowest price!

That website was, and still is, Buy4LessTuxedo.com. Serving its purpose well, Buy4LessTuxedo pleases hundreds of customers every day with a huge selection of products offered at value price points. On Buy4Less, anyone can find what they are looking for at a price that fits their budget.

However, not everyone is interested in the products that will provide the most bang for their buck, or the biggest bargain. We found that many of our inquiries were coming from customers looking for the best of the best. Some customers would want the finest product available, others simply looking for an impressive garment for a special event.

While buy4lesstuxedo offers some high quality products, we felt that some of our customers wanted a website that only offered the finest products, without all of the value items and package deals. This was the foundation for LuxuryTuxedos.com, a website where customers didn't have to dig to find the best, because that's all that we offer.

Each of our products go through our very own luxury standards examination before they are even added to our live online inventory. Each product is reviewed by our product manager. He examines the item by hand, checking it against our proprietary luxury standards check list. An item must score an 85% or higher to be considered fit to be carried on LuxuryTuxedos.com.

If we feel the item is of substantial quality, but not quite what we want to offer on LuxuryTuxedos, we forward the item to our Buy4LessTuxedo.com product manager to consider offering it on Buy4LessTuxedo.com.

We believe strongly in relationship-building. In order to make our mission a reality, we had to network with the best formal wear manufacturers in the world. Through close relationships and agreements with these designers, we are able to provide such top quality items at better prices than you would find in most retail stores. Not only do we maintain close relationships with the designers and manufacturers, but we also make relationship-building a priority with our customers. When dealing with us, you will see that we will always give prompt responses to any questions or concerns that you have. We get to know our customers and their individual needs. We believe that if you feel that one of our representatives develops a close relationship with you and becomes your own personal consultant, you will be more likely to do business with us again and again.

Although we do offer lower prices than most retail stores, we do not sacrifice quality for value whatsoever. The very foundation of this site is to provide the highest quality of luxury garments and accessories. We do not support, nor conduct, deceptive business practices such as including inferior second-quality merchandise in our product lines, "knock-offs", or any "salvaged" goods that have imperfections. All of our products are authentic and manufactured directly by the appropriate manufacturer/designer.
